Allianz Services, part of Allianz Group, is hiring a technically strong developer with emerging program management skills to drive AI hyper automation initiatives from concept to production. The role combines hands-on Python development and agentic AI workflow engineering with process discovery, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery management for enterprise automation initiatives in a hybrid work setting. The position requires 3+ years of Python development experience, familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and Azure cloud services, and strong coordination and process-mapping skills; it is limited to Malaysian and Singapore citizens.
