Third Bridge is hiring an AI Implementation Engineer to own end-to-end workstreams for internal content and operations systems, client-facing AI products, and demand and coverage intelligence. The role involves designing and productionising Python-based prompt-based workflows, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses; integrating systems with Technology, Product, Compliance, and Data teams; establishing engineering standards; mentoring Analysts; and resolving data-quality and performance issues. The position requires 2–5 years of production software or data/ML systems experience, strong Python skills, and practical LLM workflow experience, with flexible work options including a Work from Anywhere program and hybrid options.
