Wise is hiring an AI Implementation Senior Manager to design, build, integrate, deploy, and improve AI agents and automations for its global operations teams. The role works with operational experts, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Compliance to turn complex workflows into reliable AI solutions, assess enterprise data readiness, coordinate deployments, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, capacity, quality, and adoption. The position is primarily hands-on and independent, reporting to the Head of Transformation, Governance and Strategy, and offers an annual salary of £83,000 to £110,000 plus RSUs.
