Samlino Group is hiring an AI Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across its banking, insurance, and utilities markets. The role involves building agentic AI systems using frontier LLMs and OpenClaw, designing scalable workflows, integrating models, and ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals. The specialist will be based in Sunny Lisbon with travel to the three markets and extended stays in different locations. Industry experience is not required, but candidates should have analytical and collaboration skills, familiarity with machine learning frameworks, cloud and containerization experience, API and microservice knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English with an EU work permit.
