AMAX is hiring an on-prem infrastructure engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-like infrastructure for internal teams and AI/ML workloads. The role owns datacenter operations, infrastructure-as-code, HashiCorp and identity systems, observability, containerized workloads, networking, automation, customer datacenter support, and AI infrastructure. It requires hands-on datacenter and hardware work, networking, containerization, Git, scripting, and on-call participation. The salary range is $145,000 to $170,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, flexible spending, commuter, and disability benefits.
