Damen Shipyards Group is hiring an intern to join its AI Team in Gorinchem from October onwards, working on-site to help accelerate AI adoption across the business by translating business problems into working low-code AI prototypes. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, building and iterating on automation agents, workflows, and Copilot/Power Platform solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI Codex, documenting outcomes, presenting findings, and supporting handoff of validated prototypes to technical teams. The posting seeks an MSc or advanced Bachelor student in a related field with interest or experience in low-code development, AI-assisted coding tools, basic scripting in Python or JavaScript, strong analytical thinking, and fluency in English.
