Description
CommerceIQ is hiring an AI Labs Engineering Leader to build and scale autonomous AI agents for enterprise commerce. The role reports directly to the Founders, manages a small engineering pod focused on customer deployments, and balances hands-on software development with AI tools, leadership, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include implementing AI agents with enterprise customers, translating business problems into technical solutions, shaping product and platform capabilities, closing pilots, and advising on AI systems at enterprise scale. The role requires customer-facing engineering, consulting, or solutions experience, LLM and workflow automation exposure, product and business thinking, and experience managing engineers or leading small teams.
