EveryMatrix is hiring an AI Lead focused on developer productivity to improve engineering workflows through AI. The role will identify opportunities for AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, and documentation; develop prompt libraries and playbooks; evaluate and prototype internal AI tools; and run workshops to enable adoption across engineering teams. Candidates should have a background in software engineering, developer tooling, platform engineering, or developer productivity, hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs, knowledge of modern developer workflows, prompt engineering experience, and the ability to influence engineering teams.
