Description
Super is hiring an AI Learning Partner to drive AI capability and adoption across the organisation. The role combines learning and development, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and digital learning to build scalable AI learning programmes, role-based learning pathways, communities of practice, and practical enablement resources. The partner will work with business leaders, People Partners, and external providers; manage enterprise learning programmes and vendors; use learning analytics to measure impact; and support workforce capability development and behaviour change. The role requires at least eight years of experience in learning and development or related fields, strong AI enablement and instructional design experience, fluent English, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
