WGU is hiring a junior-level AI Learning Systems Developer to support AI-powered learning experiences for WGU Academy. The role combines front-end development, reusable learning components, AI-assisted content and workflow development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) maintenance, testing, documentation, and collaboration with learning product and engineering teams. It is a full-time, in-office position in Salt Lake City, Utah, requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of relevant experience.
