Philips is hiring an AI/LLM Application Engineer to develop and maintain a controlled AI R&D QMS Harness platform for medical-device research and development. The role centers on building production-grade AI services, RAG and prompt pipelines, workflow orchestration, enterprise system integrations, audit logging, and governed AI agents that support quality-system workflows, compliance checks, evidence generation, and reviewer-facing outputs. The position requires 3+ years of experience in software engineering or AI application development, strong Python and backend/API skills, and hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, and enterprise integration work in controlled environments.
