Mercura is hiring an AI/LLM Engineer to build and operate agentic AI systems in production. The role covers retrieval and context pipelines, AI evaluation and monitoring, data pipelines, feedback loops, AI infrastructure, and product integration. Candidates need a proven track record of architecting complex AI/LLM systems, experience with Python, and strong full-stack development skills; React, TypeScript, and FastAPI are a plus. The position is in-person in Munich and includes equity, tools, team benefits, and an apartment near the office.
