Evernorth is seeking an Associate Principal AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions. This role involves implementing AI/ML models, optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, building scalable ML pipelines using Databricks and MLflow, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong Python proficiency, extensive experience with artificial intelligence and large language models, and familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms.
