Description

Lynx Financial Crime Tech S.A. is hiring an AI/ML Engineer in Madrid to develop and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for fraud prevention and money laundering. The role involves designing AI components, training and validating models, performing exploratory data analysis, configuring AI agent systems, fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, evaluating solution performance, diagnosing incidents, and improving MLOps practices. Candidates need at least five years of experience developing machine learning models and AI solutions, along with relevant academic or engineering backgrounds and strong programming, statistics, data, and AI technologies skills. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Double degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics specializing in artificial intelligence, or a master's degree or demonstrable experience; graduates in Data Science are also accepted.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years developing machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions.
Experience developing AI agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
Experience developing machine learning models with Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Experience with software development, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and branch-based development.
Experience working with SQL and data processing.
Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques.
Knowledge of deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Preferred Qualifications: Fluent English at least B2.
Experience with REST API and Docker for model packaging and serving.
Knowledge of and AWS certifications.
Knowledge of generative model specialization techniques, including SFT, quantization, and distillation.
