Description
The AI/Machine Learning Labor Workforce Planning/HR Specialist will align workforce planning and capacity modeling with future AI and machine learning needs. The role designs job families and role levels, defines competencies, develops job descriptions and career pathways, benchmarks comparable public-sector healthcare and government/technology roles, and recommends scalable talent and compensation frameworks. It requires expertise in workforce strategy, job architecture, competency modeling, compensation benchmarking, and AI/ML team structures, along with strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills. The position offers $75-$90 per hour.
