QuickTeam is hiring a full-time, fully remote AI Marketing Generalist based in or around Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role owns go-to-market execution for a new staffing product, using AI tools to create ads, graphics, video, copy, websites, landing pages, social content, paid campaigns, and outbound outreach. The position requires a hands-on generalist marketer with at least four years of experience across creative, web, paid, social, and outbound activities, strong AI proficiency, design literacy, and strong written English.
