Lockheed Martin is hiring a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineers on cognitive weapons and effectors programs. The role covers AI system development and integration across the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and flight testing; technical leadership; career development; recruiting and staffing; product roadmaps; and new business opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, engineering leadership experience, virtual-team leadership, Agile knowledge, a TS security clearance, and United States citizenship. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
