Salute is hiring an AI/ML and Algorithm Engineer to design, build, and protect production AI systems for its enterprise platform. The role focuses on multi-agent systems, scoring and optimization algorithms, large language model workflows, closed-loop autonomous systems, AI governance, model evaluation, and federated data architectures. Candidates need at least 8 years of AI/ML engineering or research experience, including 3 years building and operating production AI systems, along with expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and production deployment. The base salary starts at $200,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
