CI Financial is hiring an experienced AI/ML DevOps Engineer to operationalize Gen AI and machine learning solutions by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, production environments, release processes, monitoring, and operational reliability. The role partners with data scientists, AI engineers, data engineers, and data operations teams to move AI applications from prototype to production, with production deployments on Snowflake and AWS or equivalent platforms. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of relevant DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, or MLOps experience, and proficiency with Python, Bash, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, and related technologies. It follows an in-office model requiring onsite work four days per week and offers a base salary of $69,500–$119,500 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
