Description

Kaseya is hiring a full-time AI/ML Engineer in Toronto to build the intelligence layer of its Kaseya Intelligence Platform, an agentic AI runtime for IT operations. The role develops agentic workflows, behavioral anomaly detection models, evaluation harnesses, API integrations, durable execution workflows, and safety and monitoring systems. Candidates need production AI or machine learning experience, LLM or agent workflow experience, experience integrating model providers, and experience building evaluation or testing pipelines. The base salary is CAD 160,000–240,000 per year.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Production AI or machine learning systems using Python or a comparable programming language
LLM or agent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar orchestration framework
Integrating Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or another model provider into production applications
Building evaluation harnesses, benchmark pipelines, or automated tests for model or agent behavior
Implementing machine learning or systems research techniques in production software
Preferred Qualifications: Behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, statistical baselining, or outlier detection
Event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging technologies
