ISHIR is hiring a remote/offshore AI/ML Engineer in India to design, develop, train, fine-tune, and productionize machine learning and generative AI solutions. The role covers end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, LLM and RAG applications, model evaluation, guardrails, observability, MLOps, and deployment across major cloud platforms. Candidates need 3–6 years of experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and production-grade AI systems.
