Description
The AI/ML Engineer will work remotely and full time, developing and supporting large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, agentic AI, multi-step workflows, and inference pipelines. The role also involves evaluating AI capabilities, documenting technical decisions and results, testing AI-enabled software, and communicating technical ownership. A master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field and at least four years of AI/ML experience are required, with additional experience in operational software workflows, AI reliability, APIs, DevSecOps, containerized delivery, and regulated environments preferred.
