Description
Amide Technologies is seeking a full-time AI/ML Engineer, Platform and Agents in Waltham, Massachusetts to build internal AI agents, workflow tools, data integrations, and scientific software that connect experimental and computational data to support peptide design and program decisions. The role requires strong Python and production scientific software experience, familiarity with biological/chemical/laboratory data, and experience with AI agents, workflow orchestration, APIs, ELN/LIMS integration, and MLOps-related tooling. The position reports to the Chief Data Science Officer and offers salary, bonus, and equity.
