Smartsheet is hiring an AI/ML Operations Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML operations platforms and pipelines. The role covers model deployment, CI/CD, infrastructure management, monitoring, retraining automation, foundation-model and RAG workflows, GPU/CPU optimization, governance, security, and troubleshooting. It requires 4–6 years of AI/ML Ops experience, strong Databricks and MLOps tooling knowledge, cloud and software engineering expertise, and eligibility to work in India on an ongoing basis.
