Flo is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship LLM-powered product features across its health and fitness app, including personalized content recommendations, conversational AI insights, and AI-generated push notifications. The role focuses on relevance, quality, latency, safety, prompt and model behavior, experimentation, evaluation, and infrastructure involving Databricks, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD.
