Description
TetraScience is hiring an AI/ML Product Manager to design, develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML products for scientific intelligence and life sciences. The role supports executive leadership on technical and commercial feasibility, collaborates with commercial and cross-functional teams, and may lead projects involving reinforcement learning, large continuous datasets, LLM agent harnesses, governance, and evaluation metrics. The position requires an advanced degree in Biological, Data, or Computer Science, 10+ years of AI/ML development experience or 5+ years developing AI/ML tools for commercial life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments, and onsite customer engagement in the Boston region up to 4–5 days per week. The salary range is $150,000–$240,000 USD, with employer-paid benefits and no visa sponsorship.
