Description
Bedrock Robotics is hiring an AI/ML Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles in AI/ML, computer vision, perception, motion planning, reinforcement learning, and robotics. The role partners with engineering leadership and founders, sources talent through academic and technical communities, manages compensation and offer negotiations, represents the company at conferences, and helps scale recruiting operations. It requires 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, strong technical fluency, advanced sourcing skills, and a data-driven approach, with a San Francisco Bay Area hybrid arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.
