Tether is hiring an AI Model Researcher to develop and scale large-scale language and multimodal models. The role focuses on pre-training, architecture and alignment innovation, multimodal data curation, experimental research, optimization, debugging, and distributed training systems. Candidates should have a degree in computer science or a related field, ideally a PhD in NLP, machine learning, or a related field, and hands-on experience with large-scale LLM or multimodal pre-training on distributed NVIDIA GPU infrastructure.
