The role focuses on benchmarking and improving AI model performance, efficiency, and accuracy on Windows on Snapdragon, developing reference workflows and optimization methodologies, and supporting SDKs, tools, documentation, and developer productivity. Candidates need 3–5 years of AI/ML application development experience, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and expertise with heterogeneous hardware acceleration, modern machine learning architectures, and AI frameworks.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience

Optimizing AI models for performance, power, and accuracy on CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs
Architecting software frameworks for heterogeneous or multi-processor systems
2+ years of experience with C, C++, Java, Python, or similar programming languages
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with llama.cpp
Experience developing, optimizing, or deploying LLMs or foundation models
Familiarity with embedding models, sentence transformers, retrieval pipelines, and production AI workflows
