The role is a senior AI/ML engineer responsible for defining AI-ready data-curation standards, integrating AI methodologies into Service Experience and Financials business logic, and architecting semantic layers and knowledge graphs. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, advanced Python, production-grade AI application development, generative AI and large language model expertise, RAG architecture design, AWS deployment, CI/CD, and distributed systems knowledge. Preferred qualifications include agentic AI frameworks, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, responsible AI, financial-services experience, recommendation engines, and cloud-native technologies.
