The role focuses on improving community event, enablement, budget, roadmap, and tracker visibility by building efficient processes, tools, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and AI agents. Responsibilities include collaborating with team leads, maintaining activation calendars and priorities, automating reporting, influencing strategy reviews, and leading organizational change. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least four years of operations or marketing operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools, coding agents, and automation.
