Description
CapNexus is hiring an AI-native Controller to own and modernize its accounting and financial reporting function in a remote U.S. role with periodic travel to Boston. The role leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, revenue recognition, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit readiness; while also building real-time reporting, supporting FP&A, and implementing AI and automation tools. The Controller will report to the CEO, partner with business-unit leaders, and prepare investor, lender, and covenant-compliance reporting.
