Accenture is seeking an experienced AI Native Engineer to join their team. This role involves partnering with enterprise clients to develop and implement AI-native solutions, focusing on agentic systems designed for scalability and security. The engineer will be responsible for architecting and governing production-grade agentic systems, defining RAG pipeline standards, establishing multi-LLM integration standards, and leading client engineering engagements. They will also contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of AI-native and agentic engineering practices.
