Mirror is hiring a Lead Engineer to design, architect, and ship production systems across distributed compute, databases, data pipelines, backend services, user-facing applications, and observability infrastructure. The role also focuses on multi-agent systems, agent harnesses, tool integrations, inference infrastructure, scientific-quality evaluations, and improving agent performance, cost, latency, and robustness.
