Deloitte is recruiting an AI-Native Full-Stack / Backend Engineer for a future-oriented, full-time hybrid role across Poland. The position focuses on end-to-end solution delivery for clients, using AI-native and agentic development practices across the software development lifecycle while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability. Candidates need advanced experience leading agentic software development, at least five years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend or full-stack capabilities, and experience with APIs, integrations, distributed systems, databases, cloud platforms, and modern delivery practices. The role is technology-agnostic and may involve frontend, Kubernetes, enterprise platforms, AI agents, workflow automation, and advanced observability.
