Pavago is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed client for a fully remote, full-time contractor AI-Native Marketing Coordinator based in or near Latin America and working U.S. Central Time hours. The role combines AI workflow and automation development with content and social media management, podcast production, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, website and creative asset updates, email marketing, event coordination, and light technical operations. It requires strong daily hands-on use of AI tools, excellent written English and copywriting, organizational and execution skills, independent learning, and proactive ownership in a startup environment.
