doinstruct is hiring a full-time, in-office operator to work directly with the founders in Prenzlauer Berg on cross-functional GTM, Product, and Ops initiatives. The role focuses on identifying high-leverage workflows, redesigning them around Claude agents and related AI tools, building automations in tools like Claude Code, GitHub, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and Planhat, and shipping end-to-end launches that produce measurable business impact. Candidates should have 1–2 years of operator experience, be AI-native, fluent in German and English, and based in Berlin or able to relocate quickly.
