Description
SafeFleet is hiring an AI-Native Quality Engineer to transition its testing ecosystem toward AI-native, spec-driven development. The role builds and maintains UI and API test suites, develops agents and AI skills that generate automation from specifications, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoots testing issues, and optimizes agentic workflows for latency, cost, and reliability. Candidates need at least three years of test automation experience, LLM API and prompt-engineering experience, agentic workflow knowledge, CI/CD familiarity, and strong English communication skills.
