Avenga is hiring an AI-Native Software Engineer to combine software engineering expertise with AI-assisted development practices. The role focuses on building autonomous agents, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows, prototyping with AI tools, reviewing AI-generated code, and establishing best practices for AI-native software engineering. Responsibilities include designing agents for the software development lifecycle, integrating them with Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD systems, managing LLM costs, and training engineering teams. The position requires 8+ years of software development experience, familiarity with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, and experience with Model Context Protocol and RAG architectures.
