Brightwheel is hiring an AI-native software engineer to build customer-facing product experiences for early education, from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration. The role focuses on using AI agents, automation, and modern engineering tools to improve product workflows across enrollment, billing, classrooms, staffing, family communication, and related areas. Candidates should have at least two years of professional software engineering experience, strong engineering fundamentals, production ownership, and experience automating work; the role uses Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, AWS, and AI tools such as AWS Bedrock and agent frameworks.
