Description
Forus is hiring an AI Operations Manager to own live operational problems, lead a frontline team, analyze data and workflows, design and launch AI solutions, write specifications, evaluate prototypes, and measure impact on patient and provider access. The role requires 2–10 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, product, or another analytical, outcome-oriented environment, along with strong data fluency, judgment, communication, and a bias for action. It is a full-time, in-person role based in Forus’s SoHo office in New York.
