Albemarle is hiring an AI Operations Analyst for a hybrid role in Bengaluru, India. The position supports and optimizes enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Aisera, and Moveworks through Level 2/3 operational support, incident and production troubleshooting, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, KPI and dashboard development, release validation, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 2–4 years of AI operations and continuous improvement experience, along with knowledge of conversational AI, prompt engineering, ITIL processes, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft AI technologies.
