Associated Bank is hiring an AI Operations Analyst to support enterprise AI initiatives by coordinating projects, developing governance and operational documentation, managing reporting and dashboards, maintaining the AI Innovation Hub and SharePoint content, and helping drive AI adoption and governance across the organization. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder coordination, and regulated industries, plus knowledge of ITSM and foundational AI/ML concepts. Preferred experience includes AI, automation, analytics, digital transformation, Power BI, SharePoint administration, and governance/IAM in financial services.
