Description
Visium is hiring an AI Operations Associate to build and operate AI-native internal systems. The role designs and deploys agentic workflows and automations, shapes the company’s internal AI strategy, governs the AI tool stack, enables adoption, makes build-versus-buy decisions, communicates policies, and measures productivity and adoption. Candidates should have a software or AI engineering background, hands-on experience with agentic workflows, knowledge of AI security, cloud and licensing, change-management and communication skills, and fluency in English.
