Description
Beamy is hiring its first dedicated AI Operations hire to build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve internal AI applications, agents, and automations across sales, customer service, operations, marketing, and strategy. The role owns the internal AI function, prioritizes requests, measures usage, removes underperforming tools, and upskills teams. It requires a general engineering degree, 3–5 years of experience in a demanding entrepreneurial environment, strong AI tooling knowledge, autonomy, and cross-functional communication. The position is based in Paris with three days in the 9th arrondissement and two remote days, and offers €50,000–€65,000 plus BSPCE.
