Agiloft is hiring an AI Ops Engineer, GTM to serve as the go-to-market organization's AI practitioner and thought leader. The role develops and executes an AI roadmap, designs and delivers AI copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations, and measures their impact on sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and customer outcomes. The engineer will maintain customer and sales-process proximity, coordinate with GTM and AI Operations stakeholders, apply Python and AI engineering practices, and coach teams on responsible AI adoption.
