Description
Agiloft is hiring an AI Ops Engineer, Professional Services to build and govern AI-powered workflows, agentic solutions, and automation that improve professional services delivery. The role partners with Professional Services leadership, AI Builders, and AI Operations to translate delivery challenges into AI solutions, coach and train PS personnel, maintain solution quality and governance, and help define the AI roadmap. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Python skills, agentic workflow experience, and SaaS industry experience.
