The role bridges pre-sales technical evaluation and post-sales execution, designing secure integrations of models, agents, and connectors into customer IT ecosystems, diagnosing implementation issues, and translating field feedback into product improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, and experience with technical delivery, system design, code, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations or AI/ML deployments.
