Description
Google is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE) to embed with strategic customers and lead the adoption of Google Cloud enterprise AI products. The role develops and executes AI deployment plans, provides technical leadership, resolves technical blockers through coding, debugging, or systems design, and drives customer adoption and business outcomes. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of technical troubleshooting experience, experience with system design or code, and experience with APIs, enterprise content management, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments. The position is based in Spain with a stated salary of €120,000–€123,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
