Google Cloud is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution for enterprise AI accounts. The role partners with account and practice Customer Engineers, leads technical design for AI solutions involving models, agents, and connectors, troubleshoots implementation issues, coordinates with Product and Engineering teams, and owns delivery strategy. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, and experience with technical delivery, system design, code, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations or AI/ML deployments. The position offers SEK 1,260,000–1,290,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
